Situated in the heart of New York City’s thriving Financial District, the New York Experience Studio is a hub for creativity and a space where McKinsey partners with clients to solve their most challenging issues, inspire new ideas, and build lasting capabilities.
Each of the studio rooms offers a unique and customized experience, from analytics boot camps and hackathons to concept sprints and design thinking workshops. Participants can collaborate and share ideas with teams from anywhere in real time with high-definition, floor-to-ceiling LED screens or generate and share ideas with Oblong's immersive technology and tools.
Our team designed the central navigation for the studio experience, which is composed of 27 HD displays on a curve driven by proximal interaction and gestural control. We also devised a content management system to compose and review information at scale.
